Meet Project Needs with Specialty Presentation Folders

Different Formats for Different Needs

When printed materials represent a brand or guide a conversation, the folder holding them matters. The right format does more than keep papers together. It shapes how information is experienced and used.

FolderWorks™ introduces two new specialty presentation folders, one from the Mini, Document, and Literature Folder category and one from the Specialty Folder category, with complementary formats designed to support different project needs.

When Projects Need a Strong Opening Moment

Style # N2A: Two Angled Pocket Specialty Folder

All custom print folders from FolderWorks™ are special in the sense that they are made to order and tailored for a specific project. However, not all folders are specialty folders. Specialty folders use structure as a part of the solution, shaping how materials are carried, revealed, or reviewed.

Style N2A comes from the Specialty Folder Category, which features formats that change how printed materials are presented and experienced. Its pockets taper from five inches on the outside edges to one inch near the center fold, a wide-angle effect that begins to tell a story as soon as the folder is opened. The lead piece in each pocket is immediately visible, drawing the eye and inviting engagement before a single word is spoken.

This format works well for:

  • Client overview sets

  • Program summaries

  • Welcome materials

  • Visual reference sheets

One-sided print is a strong choice for Style N2A, since it covers the outside panels and the inside pockets. But the wide-angle pockets invites two sided printing to add a surprise element like a chart, illustration, or brand image that is revealed when the paperwork is lifted, adding a WOW moment to the presentation.

Choosing the Right Folder for the Job

Portability, packet size, and how materials will be presented all affect which folder format is best for the job. Style KEXP supports compact formats that need to stand up to long-term use. Style N2A supports compact packets that benefit from a clear, memorable opening moment.

Asking a client how their materials will travel, who will receive them, and what the first impression should feel like makes it a straightforward task to match the right format to the job. Understanding which category fits the project, whether it’s a Mini, Document, or Literature Folder or a Specialty Folder, is a practical starting point for that conversation.

Two Styles, One Coordinated Solution

Styles KEXP and N2A take different approaches, but when used together, they can form a cohesive ensemble. One creates a strong presentation moment, while the other supports portable, everyday reference, giving businesses a way to use coordinated pieces that serve different roles within the same program.
