When a client needs a folder that will last for years, Epoly® has the answer.
If you’ve been offering clients FolderWorks™ printed presentation folders, you already know how much clients value a polished, professional look. But what happens when a client needs something that survives the back of a truck, a school locker, or a decade of daily use? That’s where Epoly® comes in.
Epoly® has built a strong reputation in the promotional products world for polypropylene and PolyWeave® items that are durable, printable, and built to last. It’s a natural extension of FolderWorks™ product line—not a competitor, but a complement. distributors, it’s a natural extension.
A Brand Built from the Ground Up
The Epoly® story starts with founder Tony Milcarsky spotting a line of polypropylene products at a trade show and recognizing an untapped opportunity: to customize them through printing, enhance their colors with more vibrant tones, and refine their design to be more attractive and practical for the end consumer.
He still has the copper dies he made to create the samples he took to a Specialty Advertising of New York show in Atlantic City, where he walked away with over 900 leads.
His first major order—10,000 pieces—filled his single-car garage. He printed every piece himself. From that point, Tony built the business deliberately: one press operator, one phone rep, one distributor at a time. That first distribution rep passed along advice Tony still lives by: “Do what you say you’re going to do, and do it on time.”

"Every envelope is touched by hand. Every single piece is done by a person." —Tony Milcarsky, Founder, Epoly®
Products That Hold Up - For Years
Epoly®'s polypropylene folders, envelopes, document holders, and cases are designed to resist moisture, stains, and tearing. They can be cleaned and reused. Tony jokes that a good PolyWeave® pencil case might follow someone from grade school all the way through graduate studies. That's a lot of brand impressions from a single piece.
In 2016, Tony took the line further by introducing PolyWeave® — a printable version of woven plastic material. Getting there wasn't easy. Early samples weren't suitable for imprinting, so he worked directly with vendors to adjust the gauge and remove additives that couldn't meet safety standards. The finished material is lead-free and phthalate-free, and stays off California's Prop 65 list.
Most recently, in 2025, Epoly® added a line of notebooks made from FSC-certified paper with covers made from recycled ocean-bound plastic — expanding options for clients with sustainability goals.
Quality is Personal
Attention to detail at Epoly® goes beyond materials. Tony shared one example during our conversation: a hospital ordered items with a Spanish-language imprint. Before the full run began, a production team member caught a grammatical error. Thousands of misprinted pieces were avoided because one person was paying close attention.
"Think of the person receiving it. They should be proud of what they're holding." — Tony Milcarsky
That mindset shows up throughout the operation. Most Epoly® items carry a finishing detail most suppliers skip: small blind emboss identifying the recyclable resin number. ♷

How Epoly® and FolderWorks™ Fit Together
Tony first crossed paths with the FolderWorks™ team at trade shows, where they would stop by the Epoly® booth year after year to see what was new. Those conversations eventually led to a working relationship built on a simple observation: the product lines don't overlap. They serve different needs.
A client ordering full-color folders for a sales presentation is a FolderWorks™ customer. A client needing zip cases for field technicians, polypropylene folders for a school district, or PolyWeave® pouches for an event kit is an Epoly® customer. As a distributor, having both means more ways to say yes.
The Bottom Line for Distributors
Epoly® is a straightforward value-add. The products are proven, the production is hands-on, and the company operates by a clear standard: do what you say, on time, with honest communication throughout. That's the same standard FolderWorks™ distributors are used to.
If your clients have been asking for something more durable than paper — or if you've been turning away orders because paper just wasn't the right fit, it’s worth adding Epoly® to your conversations.
