• 24 hours: One-, two-, and four color digital print folders

• 3 working days: Foil stamped folders

• 4 working days: Embossed folders

• Add 2 days: Heavy ink coverage on spot colors

• PDF proofs: PDF proofs are available on request, and your first electronic proof is FREE! Add 2 working days for proof approval. Color proofs may not be exact. Here’s why. 

Important: The cutoff time for artwork submission/proof approval by 12 PM CST. Production begins after proof approval. 

Heavy Ink Coverage Explained

If your design includes large solid or screened areas, extra steps may apply:

• Any solid or screened areas exceeding 15% of the front or back cover (about a 4” x 4” area) must be flat printed.

• Solid areas of spot color exceeding 50% require a heavy ink coverage add-on and additional production time.
