At FolderWorks™, we recognize the importance of making informed choices about the materials and processes we use. While we don’t claim perfection, we are committed to transparency and continuous improvement in how we operate.

We are transitioning from HUV to LED UV-cured inks, which emit fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the printing process. Our new Heidelberg offset press allows us to accommodate larger sheet sizes and higher-quantity orders while contributing to improved air-quality in our facility and the surrounding community.

FolderWorks™ is considered a Zero Landfill contributor: our paper waste is used for producing energy. We recycle all plates, foil, and dies used during the printing process. The environmental impact of each product will vary depending on the stock and process selected, and we encourage our customers to reach out with questions about specific materials.
